What I couldn't tolerate was the clientele.

I expected that and was tolerant with the 20 minute lines to use the elevator to get back and forth to the parking garage (I used the stairs) and the long line from the freeway to get to the parking area.

I went last night to the much hyped, newly opened facility and the place was packed - wall to wall.
